Terms and Conditions — Batparo Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the Batparo platform, accessible at batparo.biz and through any associated mobile or web applications. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or using any feature of the Batparo platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted every clause in this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Batparo reserves the right to update or revise this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

01 Definitions

Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry specific meanings:

• "Batparo" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" refers to the Batparo online gaming platform and the entity operating it.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any registered user who holds a Batparo account.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on Batparo.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds currently held in a player's Batparo account, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded by Batparo that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Real-Money Funds" means PKR deposited directly by the player, free of any wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Game" means any slot, table game, live dealer session, sports bet or other product offered through the Batparo platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole operating currency of Batparo.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Batparo, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Batparo does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a Batparo employee.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted one account on Batparo. Operating multiple accounts — whether through different mobile numbers, different devices or different payment methods — is a violation of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and to keep your account details current at all times. Providing false information — including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your payment account — constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Batparo login credentials. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact Batparo support immediately at support@batparo.biz. Batparo will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login details.

3.3 Account Verification

Batparo reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identity document and proof of your payment method. Withdrawal requests may be paused pending completion of verification. Cooperating promptly with verification requests is in your interest to avoid delays.

04 Deposits

All deposits on Batparo are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; VIP accounts may have elevated limits applied.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your Batparo balance instantly upon successful transaction completion.
• Bank IBFT deposits are typically credited within 15–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed.
• Batparo does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Batparo accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account to fund your Batparo balance is prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund investigation.
• Batparo reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected to involve fraud, chargebacks or payment method abuse.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Batparo account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to you.

5.1 Processing Times

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: processed within 15 minutes for standard accounts; instantly for Gold VIP tier and above.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals: processed within 1–3 business hours during standard operating windows.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals: processed within 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Only real-money funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time.
• Bonus funds require fulfilment of the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them become withdrawable.
• Batparo may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where account details have recently changed.
• Batparo reserves the right to conduct security checks on withdrawal requests. This process will not extend beyond 24 hours for standard requests.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Batparo offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general conditions.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly at the time of offer and in your account dashboard. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount awarded.

6.2 Game Contributions

Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live dealer card games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute according to the stated odds-based contribution rules. 6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7–30 days from the date of award. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain unconverted at the point of expiry are removed from your balance automatically.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Batparo monitors wagering patterns in connection with bonus usage. Any activity that Batparo determines constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent — may result in the removal of bonus funds, reversal of associated winnings and account review.

6.5 Refer a Friend Programme

The Batparo Refer a Friend programme pays a referral reward in PKR for each new player you refer who successfully registers and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are credited to your balance within 24 hours of qualifying conditions being met. Self-referrals and referrals of household members are not eligible. Full programme terms apply.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Batparo are governed by the rules published within each game itself. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to your balance. Batparo is not obligated to honour wins generated during a malfunction.
• All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. No strategy, betting pattern or session history influences future outcomes.
• Batparo publishes the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for every game in the lobby. RTP is a theoretical long-run statistical figure and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface before wagering.
• Batparo reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including any bets where incorrect odds or incorrect game parameters were displayed due to a technical error.

08 Responsible Gaming

Batparo is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following tools to all players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Decreases apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will receive an alert and be prompted to stop playing.
• Reality checks — periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Spending tracker — a full history of your deposits, wagers and withdrawals over any time period.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Batparo and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or misconfigured game parameters to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operation.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live or multiplayer game formats.
• Using payment methods belonging to or funded by third parties without their documented consent.
• Engaging in any activity that Batparo has reasonable grounds to believe constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Batparo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical security measure, account restriction or self-exclusion applied to your account.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Batparo reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that this Agreement has been breached, or where required to do so for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, Batparo is required to withhold funds pending investigation and may be legally obligated to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the player.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the relevant bonus and any winnings generated from it may be removed while real-money funds remain accessible.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms by the player, Batparo reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.
• Players who have not been found in breach of any terms may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Batparo platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and data compilations — is the property of Batparo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the platform without Batparo's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

Batparo provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end or through your mobile network provider.
• Technical malfunctions in third-party game software beyond Batparo's control.
• Delayed payment processing by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

In all circumstances, Batparo's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data

Batparo collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering on Batparo, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal information will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance and the delivery of customer support.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Batparo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by publishing an updated version of this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, registered players will also be notified by email or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Batparo platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance.
